600 Pushups and Sit ups each Monday and Wednesday.
600 Squats, lunges, and calf raises Tuesday and Thursday.
Take Friday, Saturday, Sunday off.

Just skip eating every other day. Change nothing about how active you are. Drink coffee and eat celery.

if you lift a pretty heavy weight over your head a few times every day, you will grow in strengths.

Also, cut your eating by 1/3 and watch as your fat chunky azz melts

gonna add my 2 cents which most will have already been said

DO: drink 2L water a day (its easy), tunaaaaaaaa, salads, falafel, skinless chicken, oats, fruits. (not saying going vege or vegan is the way to go but eating less meat seems to work), did I say water?

DON'T: eat bread or anything beyond oats, drink sugar drinks, eat processed sugars, processed meats,

Replace the shitty foods n drinks with healthier alternatives. Walk a bit one day, then more the next day and then even more the next day and after a while aim for 10k steps a day (in time), it will make you feel like you're getting somewhere without going overboard (imo it can be up to an hour of walking to reach that but trust, it's worth the effort)

If you're finding it difficult or maybe if you're not satisfied, try counting everything you eat, may seem tedious but it puts things into perspective.

understand that it takes time, but the hard work will pay off!

also drink green tea. The amount of water in you will fill you up.

heads up though, your gonna shit a lot more and its gonna stank. Also learn your body, one size does not fit all.
This is what success looks like, you'll see, after a while you start to measure it by the size of the pile of destruction around you

Drink water constantly and have a banana everyday because fucking everything has too much sodium in it and this will somewhat counterbalance all the salt intake
